About us
Scientika is a knowledge strategy consultancy based in Mexico City, founded in 2008 by Javier Jileta. We produce editorial publications, executive reports and strategic positioning materials for government institutions, multilateral organizations and large public-sector entities across Latin America.
Our work spans the Mexican energy sector, digital governance, geopolitics, urban economics, infrastructure finance and institutional design — always framed around the public interest of high-impact projects.
The team operates from Mexico City, with presence in London, Madrid and Paris.
